‘This little series represents a bit of a departure for me as I’ve actually rendered the tree trunks in colour and the foliage is seldom green!  I wanted to make some images that when you viewed them they immediately made you smile with pleasure because of the generous and exuberant use of colour.  This one is a dreamlike sequence, a journey just a little beyond reality, but actually so attractive.’
